Women’s Weight Loss/Healthy Lifestyle Program consists of 6 sessions tailored for a woman’s individual situation. These sessions will be scheduled for a 3-6 week period. This program includes instructions for self-hypnosis and Lea’s best seller CD, Relax and Release Life’s Daily Demand’s to help you reduce day to day stress for extra support when needed.
For some, the 6 sessions is all they will need to move forward to a healthier way of being. For those who may need additional support and reinforcement beyond the 6 sessions, additional sessions can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
The Weight Loss Program will help you:
